Ingredients
How To Make?

Preheat oven to 180oC/350oF.

Line oven tray with
aluminium foil brushed with butter or cooking oil.

Combine mayonnaise and
mustard.

Arrange chicken fillets on
baking tray

Spoon the mayonnaise –
mustard mixture over chicken.

Cover with aluminium foil.
Pinch sides of both foil sheets to seal and bake for about 20 minutes.

Serve with fresh greens or a
salad.
