How To Make Chicken Mustard ?]

 Ingredients

  • 6 fillets of chicken breast

  • 3/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
     

How To Make?

  • Preheat oven to 180oC/350oF.

  • Line oven tray with aluminium foil brushed with butter or cooking oil.

  • Combine mayonnaise and mustard.

  • Arrange chicken fillets on baking tray

  • Spoon the mayonnaise – mustard mixture over chicken.

  • Cover with aluminium foil. Pinch sides of both foil sheets to seal and bake for about 20 minutes.

  • Serve with fresh greens or a salad.
